Step 1: Schedule your free consultation

We have received your request to schedule your free consultation and will be contacting you to schedule your free consultation. We strive to respond to requests within 1 business day. During peak times, it may take up to 3 business days. If you prefer, you can contact us directly to schedule your consultation by calling 480.467.4400 and speaking with a member of our Client Services team.

Step 2: Send us your documents

In order to gain a better understanding of your questions and address your goals in the most efficient manner possible, it’s important that we understand your specific situation. The information requested of you is extremely important and helps us determine where you are and how we can best answer and fulfill your needs.

Please provide the following documents at least 1 business day prior to your scheduled consultation:

1. Completed ProVision Organizer
Our organizer is conveniently provided online. Access instructions are provided in the email we just sent you. Simply click on the link in the email to get started on completing your organizer.

2. Your most recently filed U.S. tax returns
When completing the organizer (see above), you have the option to upload your tax returns as part of completing the organizer. You can also fax or email your returns to us using the contact information provided in the email we just sent you. If you do not file U.S. income tax returns, then you can disregard this item.

Email Tips

If you have trouble receiving our emails, here are a few tips:

  • Add cs@ProVisionWealth.com to your safe list.
  • If you didn’t receive our email, please check your junk or spam folder.
  • You may need to confirm your request first – in which case, simply click on the link in the confirmation email you receive from us to confirm your request.
